I would like to send an e-mail message to your email provider. This article is only for you: 1. You are not connected to the internet or your filewall is blocking the connection, 2. ... The only workaround I have found to disable the mail shield in Avast for 10 minutes and try again . Then it will work as usual. However, I would prefer to find a permanent fix and not disable the mail shield. I use Windows 10, Quickbooks pro desktop 2017, and Avast pro antivirus. My email provider is Gmail.
