Hello. i am 5 feet 11.5 inches tall and around 170 lbs,and about 17% body fat atm.I was really big started loosing weight back in may and up untill mid october i went from 200lbs to 170,i was on around 22% body fat at that time.Since october my weight has been fluctuating 2 to 3 pounds up and down i gained some muscle and lost some body fat,and body fat results might not be 100%accurate i was just tracking the progress on the same scale same yime of the day with relatively same calorical and water intake upuntill than.I want to gain around 10/15 lbs of LBM,so what would you reccomend for my intake,slow and clean bulk,or fast bulk than cut?
